Genga: with a visit to the karst complex of the Frasassi Caves, a monumental spectacle of exceptional beauty, the Romanesque Abbey of S. Vittore and the Temple of Valadier.
Sassoferrato: town with a rich historical, artistic and architectural heritage, visit the archaeological park of Sentinum and the Abbey of Santa Croce.
Frontone: ancient village, with a unique castle.
Pergola: characteristic village, with the Museum of the Golden Bronzes of Cartoceto.
Arrive in Fabriano. Meeting with the guide for the visit of the historic center starting from the Duomo (rebuilt in 1617 and dedicated to San Venanzo) the Pojo, the Gentile Theatre, the Oratory of Charity, Sant’Onofrio and the Crypt of San Romualdo. Then through the medieval city guided tour of the Paper Museum and the Watermark in which the historical phases of handmade paper are illustrated. Lunch with tourist menu. In the afternoon visit to the karst complex of the Frasassi Caves, a spectacle of exceptional beauty with a stop at the abbey of San Vittore delle Chiuse, a small Romanesque jewel a few steps from the caves and the Temple of Valadier. Return to Fabriano, hotel accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel, meeting at 8.00 with the guide and departure for Sassoferrato. Visit the Sentinum Archaeological Park and the Abbey of Santa Croce di Sassoferrato; continue to Fonte Avellana. Lunch at the Castle of Frontone with tourist menu. In the afternoon continue to visit Pergola and the famous Bronzes of Cartoceto. Return to Fabriano for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and free time for shopping. Lunch with typical menu. In the afternoon excursion to the nearby Green Hall of Valleremita established in 1987 on the initiative of the Association Naturalistica Fabrianese and the Franciscan hermitage of Santa Maria di Valdisasso. End of services.
